Our studio is in Kirkland, Washington. All of our products (unless otherwise stated) are created and shipped directly from our shop.

Do you make your plushes?
All of our plushes are created right here in our studio. We designed our popular Worry and Love Borbs ourselves and use a variety of embroidery/sewing machines to create all the cuteness!
SHIPPING
All products (unless otherwise stated) are shipped in 1-2 days via USPS First Class with tracking. Rainbow Glade Designs cannot be held responsible for items lost or stolen during transit. Please contact your local post office. We will absolutely work with you for a replacement if the item is lost in transit, but if it shows as delivered we will not issue refunds.
Currently we only offer shipping to the US and Canada. Any duties, import fees or taxes are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer. Because international shipping fees and regulations are continually changing, full worldwide shipping is unfortunately difficult and unavailable at this time.
